But if your removed from that, then that will cancel any and all obligations of any emergency service, that is paid for by people paying taxes. You can enter into a private contract with emergency services. Having a Land Patent can make it difficult to get financing or a loan on the land. Make sure you have a warrenty deed on your property in order to get a land patent.

A certificate of anything is a state owned item. Land patent aka letter patent goes back to the last land patent. Title companies only go back 70 years.

Why do you call it a land patent instead of a house patent? land patent is a completely different document and does not describe the house and other buildings on the land.
