I almost had one, which I really wanted) but there was no legal place to park it for any length of time within a 4 hour drive N, S, E or W of Boise ID without purchasing property and paying incredible amounts to have sewer, water and electricity installed, plus! So for even a better cost and stability I moved into an established Independent Senior Living with all kinds of amenities for less money all the way around.. added benefits plus closer to family members and lots of awesome new friends! I love watching all the Van living lifers and love what they are doing but realize at my age I would have a much more difficult and lonely life. Thanks for sharing!

Built on a trailer frame means it’s a trailer and has the restrictions of a trailer. Some towns don’t want trailers and won’t accept them. Contact your towns municipal authorities and find out if there are restrictions before purchasing.
