How to Wear Your Loop Dream Earplugs for the Best Sleep

- Inserting your Loop Dream earplugs is a breeze! Here are some handy tips to get you started:

- Hold the earplug between your fingers with the ear tip pointing toward your face.
Pull the back of your ear to open up the ear canal, then gently insert the ear tip into your ear. Unlike our other products, you don't need to twist the Loop Dream earplug.
- Gently press on the earplug for 5 seconds to ensure a comfortable fit and proper seal. Don't try to push it in too deep.

If they feel loose or tend to fall out, try a larger ear tip size. If they're too tight or stick out, go down a size. Make sure the seal stays in place when moving your jaw from side to side. If you can hear yourself talking more loudly, it's a sign of a good seal.

Just a heads up, you might need ear tips of different sizes for your left and right ear. If you're still unsure, check out the video to see how it's done.
