I live in Portland and have been bumped into and brushed by cars going slower then i was walking.

Its not that big a deal, you have a large crowd on the street where vehicles are.
Most likely the van brushed a leg or something and then they blew it into a bigger deal then it should have been.

It was an accident say my bad and move out the damn way.

Fedex guy more than likely pull over. But their was funeral going on, so people mourning not going take that likely. He pull over than they surround the truck. What they thought the fedex truck was going drive off after acknowledging they hit someone. Crazy.. maybe guy should pull his belt off with 20 to 30 people surround him..Me my hands is weapon.

My dad was the 46 year old man who was “knocked down” and the other guy the 23 year old man who got slashed with the box cutter funnily enough was two rooms apart in the same hospital. My dad sustained 3 fractured ribs and and a pelvis fractured in 3 different places.
