I’ve had mine for about a year now in the USA. It’s replaced most of the trips I was making by car. It’s easy to operate, great gas mileage and I can climb hills without a problem and the leg shield allows me to ride in freezing temperatures. It’s the best vehicle purchase I’ve made. The anime is awesome too by the way 😅

I wish Honda would make a Classic version of the Cub rather than just a modern retro.

For example, in my opinion these things have no place on the Cub as it goes completely against the character of the bike.

What I would like to see on a Super Cub Classic is the above omitted and a more original speedo and analogue fuel gauge like on the Cub 90, it's actually nicer and easier to see.

A larger fuel tank would be nice.

One of the big attractions to the Cubs was cost, easy to maintain and fix, plenty of parts available and their sheer simplicity which is being eroded with the introduction of more electronics. A bit turn off for me is all the tech on bikes and TFT screens look absolutely terrible on bikes and worst of all is this tech is not optional.

Another thing I would love to see Honda do is advertise the bikes on Radio and TV, where I live in Ireland I have never seen advertisement for the Cub bikes or any motorcycle really and I know there's a lot of potential buyers out there here in Ireland that are simply not aware the Honda Super Cub exists !

Honda in my opinion should make more classic looking bikes with none of the tech or make it optional for people who prefer basic. Most of the Honda range of bikes today while excellent bikes are just lacking character, lots of plastic, tech and TFT screens just make the bikes more appliance like btu thankfully we can still get the Cub.

The Rebel could have looked more original, there is a big market for these types of bikes 2nd hand, the current rebel is all matt black and it has a really bad digital instrument cluster, the basic speedo on the original looked far better in my opinion.

The Shadow, not available in Europe ? at least keeps nice analogue display but all matt black.

Anyway, Honda please start an advertisement campaign all over Europe or at least find out which countries do not advertise your bikes because I know I have never seen a Super Cub in Ireland.
