Spicy Peach Coleslaw Recipe - Summer Peach and Cabbage Salad

You'll notice I only use trace amounts in most recipes, and if someone didn't know it was in there they'd not taste it. Cayenne has incredibly powerful anti-disease properties which is the main reason (besides the occasional heat) that I use it. It also helps open the palette to other spices/flavors.

Was looking for something to do with peaches I have, and I'm going to make this tonight, cuz I just happen to have _almost_ everything. Using red cabbage instead of green, yuzu juice instead of lemon, red onion, honey instead of sugar, and smidgen of yuzu kosho (yuzu pepper), plus all the other ingredients. I'm excited.

What type of mayonnaise do you use for coleslaw? The mayo I use always has a super vegetable oily flavor.
