Эта песня появилась на свет 25 февраля, на следующий же день после начала военных действий. Я долго не мог уснуть, все думал о сложившейся ситуации. Я не мог оставаться равнодушным, ведь события напрямую связаны с близкими мне странами, там мои корни.
Я открыл книгу Даниила, 12 главу и начал читать. С самого начала глава говорит о конце мира, о страданиях, которые нам нужно будет перенести перед тем, как мы сможем войти в небо. Не успел я даже закончить главу, как родилась эта песня.
Я сильно, очень сильно хотел выпустить ее прямо сразу, без промедления, чтобы множество страдающих людей, которых война затронула непосредственно, могли утешиться и обновить свое упование на Господа. Но вот наконец, почти год спустя, эта песня увидит свет.
Как бы хотелось, чтобы мы могли сиять как звезды в эти тяжкие времена!

This song was born on February 25th, one day of the start of the war.
It was late in the night, and I was having trouble falling asleep from worrying about the whole situation, especially since this affects the countries of my heritage. I opened up Daniel 12 and started reading the first verses, in which it talks about the end of the world and the suffering we must endure to enter heaven. Before I could finish the chapter, I was writing down a new song.
Oh, how badly I wanted it to be released right then and there, so multitudes of people who are suffering and being affected by this war could hear the words and be renewed in their faith for the Lord. But, here I am now, releasing this song almost year after it was born.
Let us shine like stars during these dark times!
