How long does it take to learn PowerShell?

Thanks, don’t have coding experience. Everything what I was doing in my job, I replaced with software :/ however I used copy and paste powershell to create users In Ad without fully understanding script, now I have a job when automation is heavily use. Do you think if I will be able to learn powershell without coding experience ? Also, I wasn’t very good in math :/
