Mastering the Rocker Drill

We like the rocker drill in order to teach guys how to effectively shift their center of mass. We cue it with a leg lift so guys can feel their center of mass moving and give them an angle to drive from out of their back leg. The leg lift also allows the rocker drill to be more easily transferred to an actual throw.

Great video guys - been waiting for this one for awhile! Like you said I have been noticing poor lower half mechanics in my rocker throws and been feeling pretty unathletic. This has helped a ton!

Looks like Clemens brings his belly button over or very close to above his inside foot in your example, that's what you're teaching against, no?
