In today's video I race my first track race of the season before heading down to the Night of the 10,000m PB's; an event like no other, put on by On running and Highgate harriers; for one of the most insane races I've ever seen.

These events surely represent the future of running as a spectator sport? Miles better than anything else out there and really turns it into an event. If running is to appeal to the next generation of sports fans, events need to be more like this one!
