You should try and do an update on the area by Desert Color! I live down there and it seems like there is plenty going on. Maybe if there is an estimated opening day for the smiths down there... going to be very popular.

Access to BLM land- great benefit for now. Wonder what will happen if the state manages to get the Feds to transfer that land to them, which they don’t have the ability to pay to manage it. If so, it won’t be open space any longer!

Can you please do an update on the new Exit 11 again soon? Do you think it will be usable in December when they mentioned it anytime sooner?
