What's Happening in Southern Utah: St. George - Exit 2

I'm back with another update of what's happening here in Southern Utah!🗣️This time I'm back on Exit 2, on the south end of St. George. 👀🔥

This area is booming!! So much going on on both sides of the exit as this area continues to be one of the fastest growing parts of St. George City. Super excited to see all the new stores, restaurants, and entertainment, along with everything else going in around here. More news on the way soon!

We are quickly becoming another overcrowded metro area much like all those places that people who have moved here fled from. Add to that the geographic isolation, impending water shortage and a poorly built economic base and it appears that Southwest Utah could become a poster child of all that could likely go wrong. Not the old quaint and peaceful DIXIE we once loved for sure. Sad but True!

The jonesing for Cheescake Factory & Trader Joe’s in this town makes me wanna vomit!!!
People have no idea what demographics are required of a community for such high profile, high volume retail & restaurant chains such as these.

I’m really hoping a wake board park will be made sometime in the future. I have a wakeboard that I want to use but can’t since we sold our boat.
