Resolving insulin resistance has helped me tremendously to sleep better. Truly it was awful. I thought it was menopause, but nope, just insulin resistance. Following the MD protocol I'm sleeping like a rock. Also, I have to get off electronics by 8pm.

Crohn's disease? I have it and all doctors are telling me to eat meat and dairy?!! And no whole grains, fruits and legumes?!! Can you please 🙏 help? @Masteringdiabetes
