Some functions seem absurd and funny, especially the INDIRECT function.
It feels like when someone wants to tell you about something, but that someone delays or avoids telling you the main point for some reason? Like reading between the lines or solving a riddle? Too much beating around the bush. 😂

Mostly used is the Vlookup and a mixture of Match and Index is very helpful,
Anyway, since I have big data spreadsheets, I benefitted of Column and Columns.

If you use more data for V&H lookup then it will be understandable how to use.

when i used vlookup in which i used text as a look up value, but the rank of my very first cell was higher than the rank of lookup value.Does it means that the vlookup value in case of text do not need the text should be arranged in ascending order?
