“He loved squatting” sounds like the opening page to a children’s first lifting book 🥰

You’re a gem. These videos are lifesavers. Ive seen dozens of therapists over years and they have all been clueless/useless. You have the knowledge to look at these issues through a weightlifting perspective which is key. Your videos have charged my life.

It's nothing I love than a doctor who knows how to fix problems in a natural way and not with drugs which end up killing you more

I’ve had pain in my knee ever since I popped my patella out of place over a year ago. I never went to the doctor. I slapped that thing back into place and just kept pushing, but I had to be light on it for a month or two and that month or two turned into six months and that six months has turned into a year now. I used to go to the gym at least two or three days a week and I was pretty fit for a guy over 30 now I’m 32 years old and I’m joining the army in less than a year and I need to be prepared for basic training. I can swatch I can run I can do all the things but my right leg constantly gets tight And feels and pinched in the knee area. Funny thing is my right hip is super flexible but my left hip is not. My right leg can do more than my left leg. I have noticed, though even before the knee injury when I would squat, I would naturallylean over to the left side. Not exactly sure what the case is. I’ve been concerned because I thought I might have deeper knee troubles, but the fact that I can still run and still swat makes me think. I just need to stretch something out real good. I don’t know.

We need to introduce an approval certificate from the SquatUniversity to therapists before them starting working

when you do this is it a one time thing that gives them increased stability temporarily, or do you do this for weeks/months until they then become stronger?
