Do you even NEED a tripod?? Shooting a waterfall.. IBIS test with the Fujifilm X-T4

Amazing to be back out with the camera again! This year has been dreadful so far, with the lockdown and then our 10 month old baby boy Elis becoming very poorly, we're very excited to see the back of 2020!
Thankfully Elis is out of hospital for a week at a time now so we have some normality back (ish) here in Wales.

I was desperate to head out with my Fujifilm X-T4 to see how i could use it for both my vlogs and landscape photography.

Id never really attempted landscape photography hand held, with an IBIS camera. This got me thinking.. how slow a shutter speed could i get sharp images out of the X-T4 without a tripod? This would make the new camera AMAZING for hiking and travelling if it works well!

In this video i head to the beautiful Melincourt Waterfalls South Wales to test the video and ibis on the XT4. Knowing how well friends of mine do with their Olympus IBIS cameras.. the X-T4 had a lot of pressure on it..

While i was happy with the images and the experience of using just one camera very successfully! (new battery is amazing) i wish i could have gotten a slightly slower shutter from the XT4! Ill try again... it was difficult to hold the camera steady where i was. :-)
