Etihad Airways New A350-1000 Business Class from Tokyo to Abu Dhabi (+Lounge)

This is a flight review of Etihad Airways' business class. I experienced A350-1000 business class from Tokyo to Abu Dhabi, business class lounge in the new terminal at Abu Dhabi Airport, and then A320-200 business class from Abu Dhabi to Riyadh.

■Etihad Airways Airbus A350-1000
The A350-1000 is equipped with Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines, which reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions more than previous models.

On March 31, 2022, Etihad Airways' first A350-1000 commercial flight took place from Abu Dhabi to Paris.

Currently, Etihad Airways has five A350-1000s, flying between Abu Dhabi and Chicago, Delhi, Zurich, Mumbai, Paris and Tokyo (and will soon fly between Abu Dhabi and Toronto).

Etihad's A350-1000 has smart features such as Bluetooth headset pairing and has eliminated the use of single-use plastics.

In addition, it has low in-flight noise and clever ambient lighting that reduces fatigue and jet lag, so you arrive at your destination feeling refreshed.

Etihad's A350-1000 Business Class has the following key features:

・79-inch (200.7 cm) fully flat bed and plenty of storage space
・18.5-inch (47 cm) screen at each seat with Bluetooth headset pairing

Just watched this video. I can honestly tell you that Etihad keeps improving than it is 5 years ago. I don't how they are bad back in 2019 but now they are back on track. I will be flying Etihad Business again on my next trip to USA.

I am planning to travel to Greece before the end of the year and been looking what airline would be good. After flying to paris economy and economy premium I swore the next time to fly that long it will be business. But Emirates business is too expensive for me. Etihad business on the other hand seems to be more reasonable in price and also looks good enough. So thanks for sharing!
