I find it funny that Etihad calls the dish a Masala Dosa when it's basically a platter of South Indian breakfast dishes. And yeah, Etihad should skip the dosa because it will always get soggy after so long, and can easily switch it with Uttapam which can serve better in long haul flights. The vada and idli looked pretty nice tho.

Having flown with Etihad at both ends of their planes, I’d say that overall the best part of flying with them has to be their cabin crews.. well trained, hard working, human but really professional too ..
erm btw, your sales pitch for your sponsor was nicely prepared and presented.. not so much the hard sell, but more of a nudge and a gentle push in their general direction.. YT would be a much better place if more people did it your way .. thanks for another interesting, funny and well made production .. 🙏
