Good summary of SB91.

I own one investment property, a single family home located in San County. Understanding you cannot give legal advice, am I exempted from any of the provisions of SB91?

Under the following two scenarios, would I be able to sell my home to another investor who does not intend to occupy it? Am I amble to sell my home to someone who does intend to occupy it.

They are on a month-to-month lease. The last rent increase was July 2020. Am I able to raise the rent more than 10% (are SF property owners exempt form the 10% limit)?

Finally, would giving the tenants a 90-day notice of my intent to sell be allowed without it being construed as coercion? -- Thanks?

Are there any provisions for Landlords to be able to delay mortgage payments of our rental properties if we have not received rental income from our tenants who've lost their jobs due to COVID?

Thanks Adam! Very informative. We are working with a landlord who is selling his property and currently under contract. One of the tenants is on partial payment. Is there any benefit for the landlord to apply for the ERAP since he’s already selling? Thank you.

Luckily I have a tenant who is paying the rent. They are month to month and I would like to send them a termination letter because I would like to sell the house. Does this fall under the no fault reason for termination for removing the property from the rental market?
