Everyone, keep this in mind since no one has mentioned this in any video when they complain about "default" resolution. It can be switched to 50mp or 200mp using the "settings to keep" menu. Default can be whatever you want it to be. I Love that I have the option 👍

A still very underrated feature, but the ability to use the S-Pen as a camera shutter/zoom lens and switching between camera modes is bar none. Not to mention being able to scroll through web pages using the S-Pen and playing and pausing music and videos without the need to touch the screen. Ditto with slides and photos.

As a Samsung user, was totally impressed when Apple found the way to offer that 24mp default mode. They had been using a high-resolution sensor only since the last generation of iPhones, while Samsung had more experience with those sensors. Although the 200mp mode can take stunning shots (...especially with adaptive pixel off), it still struggles with exposure . Even 200mp enthusiasts like myself will play it safe and choose the 12mp if they have to take a quick shot, which means iPhone users will actually take more high-resolution photos than Galaxy users.. The 50mp mode of the Galaxy should have been the best option (pixel-binning + high-resolution), and it has been the most disappointing: it still makes yellow spots indoors, and its colours shift more than the 200mp. There hasn't been much improvement to those high-resolution modes after one year on the S23 Ultra, and although it's still early, both resolutions still have the same exposure problems on the S24 Ultra.

I got mine 3 days ago. I came from the note 20 ultra. It's definitely a huge upgrade!
The only thing, personally for me, that I hate samsung took away was the 2 methods of "tap to pay" software and opting for just "nfc" software as a payment software.
My local Walmart, a few local stores and gas stations, still don't support "nfc" method to pay, which is why I held on to my note 20 for so long

Even though my S22 Ultra does the kind of "Circle to Search"
Just choose a photo, click on an object, then click on the "eye icon" at the top right & you'll get the same results as Circle to Search.
I've just been waiting on that Flat Display for years!! It's a beast!!

I have both and i prefer the s24 ultra. There are just so mant little things that bug me about rhe iphone. Lots of little stuff like not being able to tell if i have notifications without pulling down a menu. With the s24 it shows icons on the top of the screen telling me what apps i have a notification from. Other things like not being able to click my cursor wherever i want when trying to correct something i typed. You literally have to scroll it through what you typed to get to the spot you want to correct. Theres many other little things i could name like that. Also how lazy and clunky the iphone feels compared to how snappy and fast the s24 ultra feels.

I had previously owned a ultra 24 just to experience it and within weeks I immediately switched back to iPhone 15 pro max that being said realizing Samsung won’t for me made me appreciate iPhones even more

The galaxy s24ultra is Damn good... Once an Apple user myself but not anymore after my voyage from the S21. Did not want the newest iPhone because eh its not that innovative and besides I can customize everything on my Galaxy phones and make it original and fresh unlike conforming to make my iPhone style like everyone else..
