About the S24 screen looking less vivid: this may be a bug where the vivid screen mode doesn't work and Samsung are checking it.
UPDATE: Samsung said they change the way colors look on the screen for a more natural viewing experience, not a bug.

That's exactly why I skipped to 24. The s22 ultra to the s23 ultra was definitely more of an upgrade.

I prefer the 24U since it has a flat screen. With a curved edge screen, it's prone to being hit on the side and cracking the screen. No screen protector can save it. In time, there will be updates to fix the known issues of the 24U, so I'm very happy to have upgraded 👍
