Equipment I use on my channel:

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 4 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 29 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 140lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

I've decided this time to stick with your RC90 challenge and guess what so many great things are happening! I was longing for toned abs and i'm seeing the result now wow! I can lift 3x more weight than before (5lb to 15lb), and last but not the least my flexibility has increaased tremendously. Lots of love for encouraging me.

Crushed it, sort of. I knew I HAD to get up and do this. This teacher (of 34 years) knows how hard Halloween is at an Elementary School. The kids are going to be CRAZY today. I am a Technology Teacher who in the past roams the classrooms during the Halloween parties and samples ALL THE TREATS. Today I vow not to do so. Also pretty proud of the fact that last night I ran 3 miles non-stop. Humbling as I used to be a marathon runner. BTW I rocked that 80's look when I actually lived through high intensity aerobics.
