First Pitch of the Samaya Inspire 2.

I did ask the landowner permission to park and pitch up here. It's not something I usually do, but it's about the best I can manage at the moment after my surgery.
So, here we have the Samaya Inspire 2. Because of the price tag and because it's a single skinned tent, there's not that much about them online - apart from Tom Heaney's video's. I'd been lusting after one at the end of last year, saw one come up in the Black Friday deals and went for it, knowing I wouldn't get to use it for a few months.....
This isn't a review video, I'll do that after a few more trips out with it.

I also hide my "bad days" from socials too, no point in sharing all that I find.
Really hope you're doing well, re: in the noggin'.
(I've chronic depression + all sorts of ill health nonsense, even I don't want to see me on my bad days! No way I'm sharing them 😆)

Tent looks alright tbf, not really my colour mind but looks sound.

Take it easy, you'll be back to your usual self in no time 👍

Like my surgeon said to me when I had my arm repaired....'your in it for the long haul' and be a patient patient.
Physio is painful but it's all about the physio now. Don't skimp it as uncomfortable as it is. You'll reap the rewards.
Honestly, if your driving your doing very very well 💪.
So glad to see you making a vid. 2.24 in so I'll go and watch the rest of it now.

Sorry to hear about your struggles Donna, there is nothing more frustrating for an active person to be "off the road". The best advice i can give you is to constantly strive to get things fully working again because i had 2 really bad falls that i wont bore you with the details of but suffice to say i was in agony and limping for the best part of 3 years and i became a reclus almost because it effected my patience threshold in every aspect of my life. . To this day i am not 100% but i am pain free and can do most things i used to without too many issues. The tent looks ace 👌although the Pink is a bit girly for me 😉

Hey Donna nice to see your back with the videos. Hopefully you'll have a quick recovery regarding your new knee, your a tough cookie so I'm pretty sure you'll get there.
Not too keen on the Samaya to tell you the truth a bit to girlie for me. I'll be targeting quite a few " Donalds " this year and I've got quite a few wee excursions planned especially in the Dumfries and Galloway area, an area that I've sadly neglected in the past.

Great to see you back camping.
Knee surgery is tough, just got to take it one day at a time and gradually the physio exercises will work and you'll start to see some results.
Loads of lying down straight leg raises!
I remember being on crutches for ages with my ACL Reconstruction and couldn't drive for a month as it was my right knee.
Cycling is definitely the best as soon as you have enough knee flexion and range of motion.
Cool looking tent, i really love my Vango Halo 300, has plenty of room for my jackapoo's bed as well 😁

Ah man, it’s great to see you being able to get out again Donna and doing stuff to look after your sparkle. I’ve been wondering how you were doing and if not going camping was driving you up the wall! I’ve heard a few people say that a knee replacement took them longer to recover from than what they’d been expecting. All the best and fingers crossed that you can keep getting out occasionally. New tent looks great! 👍🏻
