Kisame is probably the most loyal and useful member of the akatsuki. He gave his life for the sake of getting Intel to obito. One of the few akatsuki I can respect. He's not mad over a girl chasing to die. He's not fooled by a stone tablet that anyone could have wrote. Madara on the other hand believed in a stone without even a doubt. Kinda ridiculous.

Kisame said he didn’t really know Itachi, but truth is he knew him perfectly well!

Itachi was so deceptive that even Kisame realized he must’ve felt hurt knowing his brother probably died. Itachi was so keen on recognizing that Sasuke survived. However in that brief moment Kisame did see the concern on Itachi’s face, even to the point Itachi was physically about to run to Sasuke to make sure he was ok. Kisame knew something was off about his partner and tho he didn’t know it, Itachi and Kisame are close friends

My man Itachi deserved such a friend who understood him who felt his emotions his pain but after shisui he was totally alone in dark corners of his heart shocked, depressed but when he met kisama after a while he started to believe him respect him and cared about him some as kisama as per me kisama said he never had any relation with his team members but Itachi was different.
Kisama not only had a relation of partners but a brother with Itachi even in his last moments kisama thought about the words Itachi first told him when he talked to kisama openly such a great duo 💔💔💔💔
