LinkedIn Adds Trending Storylines - LinkedIn Update

This LinkedIn Update is just 1 more step in them trying to become a real social network. They are known for being so blocked off that many people just don't go there for much and they want that to all change.

Will adding stories or trending topics give you a reason to visit LinkedIn more or a reason stay on the site once you are there?

I was always saying that LinkedIn wants to be Facebook, then at the beginning of the year they admitted that they want to become Facebook. This is just another way of them copying what everyone else is doing. The problem I have with them is that I can't filter out content I don't want to see like I can do with Facebook and Twitter; well, that's one problem. The second is that they've removed many of the ways we used to be able to contact each other for business purposes. Ugh! lol
