My friend has had this problem that she has had pealing skin for years and disides to put all kinds of lip balms like

1. Vasiline
2. Aquapuhor and aquapuhor lip repair
3. Carmex
But it still won't go away
Any tips?

The only chapstick that has ever worked for me was from Bucky's (that gas station in Texas) but I just ran out and i don't live anywhere near there so i cant get more
