You guys shared a whole bunch of great exercises and massage techniques that I’ll be able to use on my own bunion and overall foot and ankle mobility. Thanks so much to you and especially Shan for being willing to share her journey!! Some people are complaining about not being able to see a difference, but they’re not really acknowledging all the internal differences and improvements that Shan is feeling on the inside of her feet and ankles, etc.!

This was a good series. Should do it more. I couldn’t be the only person that likes to see this type of work done to bunions. Really hard to find on YouTube for me.

this is frustrating and disappointing: she had about 7 weeks until surgery, all of you start with so much enthusiasm, zeal and fun, but then you stop in the middle and no more update, just nothing...Or did I miss episode 5/6/7 ? Most probably it did not work out the way you had hoped for and then you just dropped it. 🙁😒🤨
