The fact that this dude saved all the packaging over the years is showing some dedication oddly enough

I worked with Don in 1992. VERY detailed guy with a heart of gold.

Fun fact: He no longer needs to cut his hair. It just naturally stays in a Big Mac top bun shape.

You can tell this man is a creature of habit because he's still rocking the Beatles look from when he was probably a teen.

McDonalds should give this man some kind of golden pass that is valid in all McDonalds for his entire life

Honestly, it's 100x more impressive if he did it intentionally. That level of commitment is admirable.

Heck, he's happier then I've been in years. More power to him.

You learn as you go through life that your attitude is probably the most important factor in your success, happiness, etc. This guy, apart from his love of Big Macs, has a great attitude and seems genuinely happy and is obviously well thought of. I promise you he's a good man. A fine example. If I was in charge at McDonalds, I would give him a "free Big Macs for life" card. Figure, two a day, 14 per week. Its the least McD can do.

Last year I was at my worst point. After losing my mom I was at 400+ pounds eating a plate of microwave chicken nuggets (like 40 on the plate) for breakfast and two triple quarter pounders, a 20 piece, large fry and large soda for dinner. After I while I didn't wanna ignore my health like most my family and you general advice in your vids helped alot. It's now a year and 2 months and I've lost 167 pounds. Feels great but I still struggle and go back to my safe foods like McDonald's every now and then. You are very correct when you talk about this being more mental than just "eating better".

I was wondering how this was going to be positive but you did it. This was wholesome.

My grandfather lived to 89 and he would eat fast food almost everyday. Don’t ask me how he somehow survived that long.

The fact that this guy's metabolism and immune system is still going strong is INSANE.

I can't believe McDonalds hasn't just given him Big Macs for life by now

This feels more like a hobby than an addiction to me tbh
