Wouldn't the center be the nail hole where you attached the string that hooked to your jigsaw you used to cut the circle to begin with?

Fun fact: draw two lines of 'any' length then perpendicular from there center will be the center of the circle. (Lines need not to be equal as he said in the video)

Put the point of the square anywhere on the circle and where the two arms of the square relative to that point exit the circle put marks there then connect those marks... they run right through the center

angles subtended by a diameter is 90 degrees, so by utilising this fact and drawing 2 triangles you could find the intersection between the two triangle’s hypotenuses. This would be a far easier method to use especially with that right angle ruler you have
