duh...! Thank you so much. I appreciate it! Have a project that has been sitting for a few years because I couldn't figure out how to do this! You the man!

Seems like soooo my additional steps. If you already have a square(tool), like you do in the video, you could just use Thale’s Theorem. Cut out a bunch of steps with the straight rule.

Basic maths. Taught that in school in the early 1960's

What's the function of the tape??🤔😒

Am I correct when I say you don’t turn the circle a full 180? When you do exactly what you say in the video you don’t get the result your showing. You must not turn the circle 180.

I did this a few days ago and was a little bit off 0.5%. Close enough that time but to find the exact centre I'll have to be more careful and draw with very fine lines.

What is the tape for? He wrote all over the board.

Note that the two segments drawn must not be parallel.

I prefer the compass method with a straight edge.

There is no “t” in “across”. Otherwise, thank you for sharing content

There is an even quicker and easier way to do this.

You lost me. Put big dots on the board for reference...for us dummies

Just measure the diameter, and the radius(center of the circle) is exactly half of that. This is 3rd grade math. That's overcomplicating a simple solution.

Too many steps… much easier and quicker to use a protractor
