Which one is better? 24fps, 30fps, or 60fps? #shorts

For an iPhone 15 my ideal setting would be
Slo-Mo 1, 080 at 240 fps
Cinematic 4k at 24 fps
Video 4k at 30fps when shooting a normal video (in your yard or in the school) or 60 fps if you are going to record something fast paced trough the screen ( someone riding a bike or playing basketball)
