crazy to think someone on youtube can teach me better than one of my tenured professors. it would help if she actually explained stuff and didn't just read directly off another professor's slides....sometimes I wonder where my tuition is going lol

Great video, only thing I could criticize is how you say turban instead of turbine. But supper helpful video!

How about if the given problem has 4 pressures? does this mean that P1 is not equal to p4 and p2 isnt equal to p3? like this problem that i have:
In a Rankine cycle power plant superheated steam enters the turbine at 18 MPa and 580 C. Steam expands through a single stage turbine and discharges at 6 kPa with stage efficiency of 82 %. The condensate leaves the condenser at 25 C and pumped to 18.5 MPa going to the steam generator. The pump efficiency is 77 %. For steam flow of 9, 000 kg/hr, determine:
a) Electrical power output of the plant if mechanical efficiency & generator efficiency
are 88 % & 92 %, respectively.
b) Heat added in the steam generator if boiler efficiency is 85 %
c) Plant thermal efficiency

Why are thermodynamic graphs so inconsistent? The processes 1-2, 2-3 and so on keep changing positions in every video and textbook that I see. I hate this course man. One time, 1-2 happens in the boiler, another time, it happens in the turbine. What the fuck??
