Dilute every earning report. Pay himself 1 % of market cap each year. Issue debenture raising lots of cash on balance sheets for no need and pay bank 5 percent interest. Dilute the shares at low price when stock drop 80 percent from high. Have lots of inventories but not meet emblem agreement. He could move one tenth of inventory to meet the deal easily. Then does not need pay 15 million cash and 10 million in shares at low stock price. He is the worst CEO stealing investors’ pocket and consider investors are all idiot.
