Tim Cook forgot to mention that Apple raised prices for all of their hardware products by 30 - 40% on average and without introducing any major updates. Apple is not that cool anymore...

The market for smartphones is hitting its maturity and Apple’s high prices are what makes its sales fall smh

Of course the muppet interviewer isn't asking Tim if prices could be to blame.

EverythingApplePro or Linus should be interviewing Tim. That’d be interesting

Waste of 14 minutes. I'm sure Apple screened interview questions.

This is what has happened: 2010 -"Wow, you got the newest iPhone, sooo cool" 2018 - "Wow, really, you bought a 1200 dollar phone with zero new features? Stupid" ". Apples doing so much wrong at the moment. If they continue this way they will not be as relevant in the coming 5-10 years. They're just greedy nowadays.

He deflects and takes no responsibility for his lack of innovation as being the reason that apple has fallen behind the competition and puts all blame on trade which is a lie. Apple has been exposed as overpriced and underpowered and the failure of the unnecessary watch and copying samsung product details is reflecting in the market price adjustment. Cooks a status quo guy trying to maintain the momentum of jobs but that's not possible without the creativity or innovation. Theres a reason hes not disclosing unit sales and laying blame everywhere else. Clueless exec

Literally the only thing your new phones do is unlock differently.

i have an iPhone 7 Plus and I would get a new iphone like the XS if it wasn't so expensive. It's literally only the price that does not make me buy it.

Talking about stock price, when he should be talking about products.

Apple would be so much better if Steve Jobs was still the CEO and major stock holder

When apple committed to the notch, and staked claim to $1000+ smart phone, A phone that costs as much as a persons rent and or mortgage payment, i knew they had lost their way. I doubt Steve Jobs would've ever let such an obstruction to the phones view be placed into production. He would not have sold compromise as innovation. And where Tim Cook has done so, Chinese brands have pushed forward with real innovation, with in screen fingerprint reading. bezel less designs that either greatly reduces and even totally eliminate the notch from the screen.

What is the next excuse that Tim cook is gonna make? The weather affected sales? They have been losing market share in China for some time. Apple has been increasing ASP and branching out the price of its products, but increasing the price of their phone is reducing demand, as anyone would expect.

They need to go back to the drawing board. Cut down on initiatives that have no future (Titan) and invest in some that do have future (Siri and ML)

Tim Cook is the android version of Steve Jobs

This guy isn't Steve, his innovative idea is probably "smart earrings" "smart hair clips" or just cheap labor ...
