A lot of my work involves post tracking treatment and session prep. This means after I do the recording, I then do a session where I edit the timing, maybe do some additional vocal comps, do pitch correction and a preliminary treatment. This is true whether I'm doing the final mix or not. Here's some tips on using Antares Unlimited to get rich, textured, captivating background vocals.
