1:43 wrong. On alt floors, in treasure room you have choose between 2 items, first visible and second don't. But, if you don't take items, after pick up dad's note, in flashback, if you go to the treasure room you found this items again but both of them visible. You're welcome!

In the video he says that normally you wouldn't want to go to the alt path if you're doing a beast run, but I do that all the time, in every single run. I literally don't care that alt floors are harder, that's rewarded with 2 options in every treasure room and a second boss item in the third floor with the mirror world

I saw a Cross Stoney for the first time recently, I was wondering if they were rare - I didn’t realize they were exclusive to April’s Fool (the challenge I was playing at the time)!

1:43 lol, I always go through alt floors if I want to get to the beast, I just skip all the treasure rooms and just grabbing items on the way back to the basement, during this return sequence curses of the blind are dropped so instead of just risking it I have guaeantee to chose a better item, instead of playing russian roulette on normal alt floors or just getting one item on normal floors, and skipping TR also rises chances for the planetarium, so one additional item for the beast ass beating. And I just love alt floors, theres something special about them, their atmosphere, special mechanics etc.

I'mma be honest, my common route for just about everything is Basement I -> II Dross II -> Caves II and only then branching dependig on whether I got the HP for Mausoleum or whether I wanna do Beast

2:19 actually those blue conjoined fatties aren't the hush ones, they are actually the rarest champion enemy (and if we count champion entities as separate enemies, the rarest enemy, alongside Henry), they spew a bunch of homing ipecac projectiles at you and drop nothing (I got them once from a button in greedmode)
