Off season to do list:
1. Extend Joe, anyone who wants to disagree, come up with your new hire first
2. 1 year deals for CC, Todd (plays with HEART, can platoon 3B and DH), and maybe Holliday.
3. Maybe the hardest, but trade Ellsbury while eating a good portion of the contract for medium level prospects, to a mediocre team that expects to go for 2nd wild card and has no lock down CF (SEA, STL, TEX, SF, maybe OAK lol).
4. Can combine with Ellsbury deal, make a call between Cooper and Austin, trade for a pitcher/CF, or just sign Lorenzo Cain for quality consistent CF depth.
5. More for a year from now, we don't need either and would be cool for them to stay on their own teams, but will prefer Machado over Harper for defense alone.

Can't blame Joe for the offense scoring 3 runs in Houston. He cares about this team and dug us out of a 2-0 hole to the Indians. His management in the wild card game was masterful, and does have world series experience from 2009. I would bring him back.

What a year! Keep Joe around, great manager.. this season ended because the Astros were plain and simply better. Keep the core and come back next season, win the AL East and get back to an ALCS

I actually hadn't been a baseball fan as much ever but this year the Yankees made the playoffs and I started to watch every game and I kept watching and I wore my Yankees merchandise at school and all of my friends and I rooted for the Yankees and when they lost game 7 vs the astros I was really upset I was crying for a little than I just went to sleep and I hope the Yankees come back and Make the World Series in the future thank you for an amazing season Yankees!
