Thanks Ben, you have really motivated me with your videos, I thought because I'm a wheelchair user, I couldn't exercise, or lose weight, with your help I've lost 2 stone (I was nearly 17 ) am eating healthier and feel great. Keep up the good work mate

Thank you for the video! I got a broom and put two 1KG weights on either end and have followed along with your workout several times now. Definitely, feel the burn after a while!

Thank you so much for this workout. I've been trying to find a good, intensive wheelchair workout and all I coud find (until I found you) was gentle workouts for the elderly. Thank you so much for this. I am going to do this again and again and again! Love it! Also where did you get those wrist weights from? They look great.

I’ve done 4 of hour videos so far. And I live all of them. Ben makes it easy to move our bodies enough to keep limber and not tighten up
