My take is if Sawyer is really the villain of this chapter then either:
a) he became a toy, maybe not by BBI precedure but more likely made a suit from toys thet let him walk around the living toys,
b) works along with a big toy.
I said that mostly because the poster character of each chapter is a iconic monstrous toy (Huggy, Mommy, Catnap) made for marchadise so it would be weird if the lineup was broken by some dude.

I’m with you for the most part but I don’t think the Doctor is human at this point. They implied in one of the chapter 3 tapes that something happened to the Doc. Why not he became a toy either by force or by choice? That would let him avoid the hour of joy too

*it can't be Dr. Sawyer. he died before the Hour of Joy. remember what Leith Pierre said when interviewing CatNap? "the doctor is out..." and "...until we find a proper replacement." Leith had no reasons to say such thing if Sawyer was alive since it would still be Sawyer interviewing CatNap, not Leith.*

I bet the villains for chapter 4, are all going be affected/rejected toys, but what do you guys think?

I don't think HS is dead as the first CH said in one of the tapes "One more breakthrough and I'll be back." It's possible too that HS knew about some secret passageways to get around the factory. Helping him to avoid the HoJ. Kind of like a Shadow of Colossus type of story so to speak.

It wouldn't surprise me if killing off all of these toys is a bad thing. Like I said this might be a SoC thing these toys are trying to keep Sawyer contand to keep him from starting the BBI over again somewhere else.

Some of the fur and blood splatters might be from Huggy crawling around, but it's kinda funny thinking about if you fall down in JUST the right spot in Playtime Co. it sends you plummeting down several stories in the factory to a Loony Tunes degree.

"Felted feet" is obviously referring to the villain so it's possible they're made of felt, what's interesting is that a character was leaked named yarnaby, yarn-aby, again teasing that its made if yarn and felt.

The villain might be Harley Sawyer now turned into an unknown toy who has access to security footage. But, considering what happened to the guy who was made into a Bron Toy, I don’t think he was treated very well by the other toys. Perhaps he’s keeping himself hidden from the Prototype and the Toys within the large pit at the end of Chapter 3?

I believe that Boxy Boo might be the big chaser and Ollie the end boss (alternatively, it might be The Prototype).

Theory: The voice in the video belongs to Harley Sawyer, which means that Harley Sawyer was watching Player until now. and another person who might be watching us is the Prototype, so Harley Sawyer might actually be the Prototype.

Remember at the end of chapter 3 there was a VHS where Prototype could mimic voices so it isnt actually harley speaking and could be the prototype since he could perfectly mimic his voice

I definitely think it's a bigger body of a staff member, either Sawyer or the unknown scientist who said "I'm not worried about myself, one breakthrough and I'll be back." The voice in the recap seems more like the way Sawyer talks but he seems to prefer poking and prodding over mystery man's M.O. of sitting back and watching while the people below him do the dirty work, plus the nameless guy is more of a mystery. We shall see I guess, imagine if it's both somehow.

I think sawyer might be alive and captured still in the factory and the prototype might still be trying to learn from him by trying to make toys or followers of his own by torturing sawyer
