Equipment I use on my channel:

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 4 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 28 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 140 lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

Got emotional after finishing today’s workout, I’ve struggled with my weight since I was a kid and I’ve finally learned to love and accept who I am and know I’m good enough ❤️❤️ I no longer see working out as a punishment for weight gain or unhealthy habits, it’s to take care of me and I love pushing myself to love myself and my body everyday. That was tough...wasn't going to do it cause I'm still sore from the butt and thigh work out yesterday. But I crushed it!! I really really love this format strength then cardio. Thanks Sydney.

Crushed it. I almost didn’t go to the gym, but I thought to myself that I didn’t want to let myself down. The only way I will get stronger is if I push through the part of my brain that just wants to sit on the couch. Thanks for a great workout, Sydney! Again, these 40 minute workouts are consistently feeling like 30. Love it.

I did not want to workout this morning when I got up but told myself how good I would feel afterwards and I CRUSHED this workout. Loved it, thank you Sydney and now I feel great and ready for the day!!
