We celebrate William’s 93rd birthday, and he talks about not seeing his own documentary, what wisdom he has to share in his older age, living in a truck after Star Trek ended, going to Space on Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin, being emotional during the trip, and since he didn’t love the way he delivered his dying line “Oh my” as Captain Kirk, Jimmy gives him a chance to redo it.

William Shatner is absolutely an amazing man. 93 years old but still is so active. He is truly blessed. Rock on Captain Kirk.

Bro really took "live long and prosper" to heart

He looks and sounds like someone 30 years younger. No slowed speech of any kind. Kind of unreal for someone that age. Good for him.

Shatner is the youngest looking 93 year old I've ever seen. If you compare to other celebrities of the same age who are still alive, the difference is huge.

I met Shatner in 1977 as he was nearing 50…and here is 47 years later still lucid and engaging…incredible.

..being 93 years old officially makes him a time traveller.

Wow! Instead of getting prickly with Jimmy for foisting that "death scene" on him, Bill played it beautifully. RESPECT!

93, and after all those years he got to visit space as well. He’s amazing, and proves you can be active into your 90’s.

Its CRAZY that Shatner looks and SOUNDS so great
Close your eyes, listen to him speak and you would guess him at 60 years old.

He's the most together 90 something person I've ever seen. He was nice enough to respond to a few of my twitter messages too a while back.

He deserves all the applause in the world. Not because he is 93 but because of his achievements and for being the awesome human being he is.
Happy birthday 🎉

I can't describe it. Seeing him looking and sounding that well is spine tingling exciting. 93! What an inspiration. And that new "death scene" actually made me emotional.

I grew up with really strict parents - couldn't go anywhere as a teen. My GF invited me to go to Star Con that was happening in downtown Denver when I was 16 and William Shatner was going to be there and I wanted to go, but of course my parents said no. I was heartbroken bc I had such a crush on his Captain Kirk character. Fast forward 40 years, and last year I FINALLY was able to have the time/money to travel to a convention where he was going to be. So I drove from Tallahassee Florida to Mooresville Pennsylvania to meet Mr. Shatner. He was as cool as I thought he would be, and so very nice. Was one of the best things I ever did in my life.

For all the young people out there - ALWAYS take the chance to do something that will make memories of job and excitement. I have missed out on too many experiences when I was younger trying to be straight laced and conforming to societal expectations. Sometimes, you just gotta do crazy sh*t to live your life. Will you sometimes regret things you did (or tried to do)? Absolutely. But the worse feeling is regretting the things you DIDN'T do. Go ahead and take that chance - it might change your life.

After 50 years of being a fan, I finally met Bill last year and it was nice. He uses a golf cart or scooter most of the time to get around. He probably took one from the green room to the curtain for this. But most people his age are in nursing homes. So he's still doing just great. Don't leave anytime soon, Bill.

Dude was on a show about space in the 60's, then lived long enough to go to space. You have to admire him.

I'm a fan of him as a person, not just an actor. And he's very active and lively for 93! Way to go Bill!

William Shatner has more energy at 93 than most people half his age.

It’s good to be the Captain!!!
