The Veggie Sandwich Even Non-Vegetarians Crave

Our Russell St. Veggie sandwich is what every vegetarian sandwich should be.

This sandwich has the works: smoked peppers, mushrooms sautéed with garlic and oregano, provolone cheese, and garlic cilantro fries packed into a freshly toasted sesame roll.

And, since everything is better with sauce, we’ve added three— our famous roasted jalapeño ketchup, our cilantro aioli (green sauce), and our double-smoked tomatillo salsa.

There’s a reason why we have non-vegetarians ordering this every f*cking day.

I agree, I'm vegetarian and I crave substantial food, not just tofu and salads. I wish your shop was by me, but I'm in suburban Philadelphia. If ever I find myself in your neck of the woods, I'll be over for that sandwich!
