One of the first conversations I had with a friend of mine back in middle school, I for some reason decided to teach her and the others at out table group how to say my full first name. I don't remember this conversation. I only use my full first name in writing it out for legal stuff like school applications or for a job. Last I checked, she still remembers that conversation and can still say my full first name.

I had no idea that you were supposed to be able to see individual leaves on trees in everyday life until I got my glasses. I spent so much time looking at stuff after I got mine

Also, since I couldn't see very well my whole life and didn't know it, I don't recognize many people by face and instead know their head silhouette and general build. I still recognize people by that even with the glasses now and it throws me off so much when someone dramatically changes their hair unless I've known them forever
