Since recently I’m getting it every single day, especially at night. I cannot handle it anymore. Suffering from it for years, but recently it got much worse. I can’t distinguish allergy from my panic attacks anymore. I have nobody to calm me down at 2am. And tbh I don’t want anyone to see me so pathetic.

i have had such a similar experience and i cannot thank you enough for making this video... i thought i was the only one. i had a similar experience when i ate pizza ( even though I have a nut allergy) and I started having an absolute panic attack thinking my throat was closing and some how the pizza had come into contact with nuts??? Eventually the panic went away and I was not having an allergic reaction. I have also had very similar reactions in resturants, epecially because the chef makes the food, and even if its something that feels safe, who knows if their was any sort of mistake, and it adds to the anxiety after eating in a resturant. usually i panic so bad i always rush to the bathroom, i know I am okay but, I need a second to compose myself because i cant even help but panic. i want to also mention once having an ACTUAL accidental ingestion of something I was allergic to and I have gotten so good at chalking it up to a panic attack, that I ignored my body, and it wasnt until people around me were like youre face is beat red and your breaking out in rashes that I took notice

Same happened to me with coffee! I had just one sip, my heart started beating so fast, my blood pressure went sky high, I thought I would have a heart attack and I got red, I thought it was an allergy, but it was a panic attack.
I do have allergies, and I am so scared of everything I eat that I get panic attacks all the time. And panic attacks and anxiety triggers more allergies

Although I have no allergies, I have an extreme fear of anaphylaxis after hearing stories for people having them. I was 14 when I started having this and now I’m 21. I had to reteach myself how to eat and what I can eat without having panic attacks. I hadn’t had this happen to me in awhile but tonight I ate at a Chinese restaurant and had crab Rangoon, which I’m in the Midwest so imitation crab is used. The only thing I haven’t overcome is my fear of being allergic to shellfish, which used to be my favorite food. This has been such a big part of my life despite not having allergies and it sucks

I get allergy attacks quite a bit (mainly from mold and dust) and it’ll make my throat itch like no tomorrow. I end up coughing a lot/hard and make myself gag, and it scares me that it won’t end. I should work on staying calm, because I get anxiety attacks too.

I'm literally watching this vid as I try to calm myself down. My hands feel sharp and itchy for no reason. And because I'm panicking I now feel I can't breath well. I've taken 3 allergy tablets and I'm trying to calm down. I do have allergies...so I know when it's real it's veryyyy visible. But I have been able to convince myself I'm going red.

Thanks for doing this video i cant believe that I’m the first to comment tho!!! I just wanted to ask if any one else has ever experienced panic attacks after taking allergy medications??? Most ppl get really sleepy from these meds but my self as well as a friend of mine that suffers from panic attacks also can not take these medications as they have the complete opposite reaction to them then most ppl have...just wondering if anyone knows why this happens cuz i cant find any info on this.
