Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused Ukraine of border "terrorist act" in Russian village.
In the meantime, for the first time since the start of the war in Ukraine, top diplomats of the U.S. and Russia held face to face talks at the G20 meeting.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday accused Ukraine of attacking civilians in a border town in Russia, calling it a 'terrorist act'.
"The Russian soldiers are protecting people from neo-Nazis and terrorists -from those who tortured and killed people in the Donbas for eight years; those who killed Darya Dugina in Moscow; those who today committed another terrorist act, another crime. They infiltrated the border territory and opened fire on civilians.
The comments come as Russian media outlets reported that a sabotage group entered a town on the border of the two countries, and killed two men and wounding a 10-year-old boy.
The report also added that the group is holding several Russian residents hostage.
Ukraine, however, strongly denies the allegations, as the incident has not yet been independently verified.
Meanwhile, on the sidelines of the G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting in New Delhi, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov met on Thursday, for their first face-to-face meeting since the start of the Ukraine war.
During the 10-minute talks, the two envoys discussed the war, Russia's suspension of the New START treaty and Russia's detention of former U.S. marine Paul Whelan after being accused of spying.
Blinken also called on diplomacy from Moscow,.. and an end to the war.
"I told the foreign minister what I and so many others said last week at the United Nations and what so many G20 foreign ministers said today: end this war of aggression, engage in meaningful diplomacy that can produce a just and durable peace."
The G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting also ended without a joint statement due to disagreements over the Ukraine war.
India, the chair country this year, released a summary of the key discussions, but said it failed to come up with a joint statement, due to Russia and China objecting to the use of the word 'war' to describe Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
