They didn’t need to kill animals. Humiliating me and bullying me and taking away my privacy for the rest of my life is more than enough. I’ve survived more than any of my “friends” could even bear. Enough is enough. My behavior changed and I expect to be treated how I am now. Just leave me alone. Don’t worry about my lane and I don’t want to be dragged into yours.

As an immigrant who has lived in the USA for nearly 50 years and is now over 70 years old, I often reflect on my life. I wish I had known about Stoicism and its principles when I was younger, as they have been a source of strength during my struggles. Despite facing hardships, I always believed that there was light at the end of the tunnel. While I practiced some Stoic principles on my own, I also experienced my fair share of pain. However, I never let that pain turn into suffering. I'm grateful that it's never too late to embrace true healing through Stoic principles and meditation. My wife often tells me I'm a late bloomer and encourages me to catch up while I can. Listening to podcasts daily brings me solace, as they elevate and guide me to become a better version of myself. They remind me that peace comes from within, and this inner peace brings tranquility and love, leading to greater energy, joy, and self-growth, all essential ingredients for a happier life. Keep up with great content!!

Please stop using bots/AI that can’t pronounce English words correctly. Your own voice is better.

“ where’s Good? In our reasoned choice.Where’s Evil? In our reasoned choice. Where’s that which is neither Good nor Evil? In the things out side of our own reasoned choice.”

My thoughts on death are changing drastically. It’s a better change in every way, but a u-turn mentally and I’m catching up. Just need to work on controlling my emotional spikes when alone, but in public and in getting things done, most of the time, I’m doing well with a new paradigm. It’s the moments when I struggle and embarrass myself, then compound worry these early mistakes will turn people away from me. My insecurities have me looking for others to have my back but I need to have my own back. Wish I could connect legit openly with those like me but these vids help regardless. Thank you. Also, have to be more grateful and remember it’s not always about me. To the person in charge of this channel, I’m sending you strong vibrations and thanks.

I am not afraid of death. I have children that are under 20 years of age and a daughter who is 27. They are my reason for living. Their lives in their perception are normal because Dad is here. I don't see any other reason to fear death. I don't think there is anything waiting on the other side. But I also don't think after you die. You just become nothing. I believe there is something in us. Whether that is a soul or whatever you may want to call it. If it wasn't for my children. I wouldn't care about meeting that and finding out. But it is not my time. And I would not want to devastate them like that.

To survive the pain on the inside while smiling on the outside is not easy. No use spreading your pain to others. They have their own heart break.
