A thought is: the only suffering you can experience in life...either by clinging or holding on to the thought or resisting the thought instead of just letting it flow or allowing it to leave on its own

the thought that comes has absolutely no weight to ur mind till you begin to hold on to that thought ...a thought is like a glass of water ..the weight of the glass determines the time you keep holding on to it ..the longer you hold on, the more intense and uncomfortable the weigh of the glass begins to take a toll on your mind; just sit the glass down ...don't hold on, that is all
