my family cooks beef wellington for chistmas every year and it's always a group project. props to you for preparing it alone. this looks very nice! all you seem to need is some practice folding the dough neater, and that's not a flavor thing, that's just making it look pretty. great job

Honestly, looks delicious. For such a hard dish, it came out pretty good, and the pastry being a bit loose didn’t matter once it was cut and ready for eating.
