Thank you! I made this last night and it was just incredible - I was low on white sugar and flour so I cut with brown sugar and rice flour respectively. I really like rice flour...it seems to really stick and makes for a crispy breading. Anyway, it was just amazing. I garnished very lightly with lemon zest as well as the sesame seeds. I thought the recipe called for wayyy too much sesame oil, but it turned out to be just right!

Tried it without the chili, had no corn starch so I used flour instead at 2x the original corn starch measurements and it turned out SO delicious. I also wish I had the rice wine.. I just didn't use it. I also didn't have chicken broth so I used chicken noodle soup LOL nonetheless it was awesome.

Top Notch!!!! Just made this recipe for the family and it came out awesome. My only additional comment would be to make sure you reduce the sauce more than you think you need too, otherwise the chicken may become soggy during the last stage.
