Convert SketchUp to Revit (The best method)

Why is this method the best one ??

1- Lighter model size

2- Enables you to change the materials inside Revit

Why You would need to know this method (even if you don't work on sketchUp)?

1- SketchUp 3D models are more widely available than other models online

2- Team member who prefers sketch up for 3D modeling
